 Our Commercial steel doors are made of roll-formed steel which has been hot-dip galvanized to reduce rust, then pre-painted with a primer and tough polyester top coat. The commercial doors we offer feature tongue and groove construction to provide a tight fit between the sections and come with a bottom rubber seal to reduce infiltration of dust, dirt and drafts. A wide variety of widths and heights to suit most any size openings are available.
Low Profile, Heavy Duty Hinges
Low profile, heavy duty hinges help prevent finger access in between section joints inside the garage. (Standard on all doors up to 24' wide x 20' high) Heavy Duty 14 gauge.
Long Life Torsion Springs
Galvanized torsion springs help prevent rust.
Premium Rollers
Rollers are case hardened steel with eleven ball bearings in a permanent synthetic grease. No other roller in the industry is quite like it.
Heavy Lift Cables
We use 1/8" minimum steel lift cables that are thicker and stronger than most other brand doors. Loop reinforcement "sheaths" are standard.
Extended Size Availability
Sizing is available in most 1" width and 3" height increments.
Safety Glass Alternative Windows
We use a Plexiglas called "Acrylite". It is resistant to rot and haze from the sun and is many times stronger than glass. Optional Tinted or Pebbled.
Custom Aluminum - We offer one piece tilt-up aluminum doors which are economical and often used on commercial sites.
